We kindly request you to go through our policies for the mutual convenience of both sides:

APPOINTMENT

Booked appointments and walk-in clients are welcome.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure that you have the full time for your scheduled service. Please keep in mind that if you should arrive late, we may need to complete the service at the originally scheduled time and price in consideration of our next guest. We have a lobby with free Wifi and customer rest room for your convenience. If you should have to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hour notification.

If booking a group/party of 3 or more, we will require a minimum $30 deposit

SERVICE SATISFACTION

Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service or treatment, please let us know during your treatment or within 4-5 days after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed correction to meet your expections.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Please do not leave your belongings unattended while at the salon. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of personal property.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time.

Gift cards are not redeemable if lost or stolen.

Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable after the date of expiry.

CHILD SAFETY

Children are ONLY permitted in the spa area when receiving a service. For safety and insurance liability, all children must be supervised by an adult and remain in the lobby. We are not liable for any injuries due to any child not being properly supervised. You are liable for any damages caused by your children in the salon.

HEALTH ISSUES

We request that you inform us of any injury, illness, and medical conditions prior to any services. This is to ensure whether or not the service can be safely performed. We are not liable for any harm that could be caused by our service if you do not inform us before the service begins.

We will not perform ingrown removal unless a client asks for and gives permissions along with signing an agrement in order to proceed. If your ingrown is too serious and getting worse, please consider getting professional help from a foot specialist.
